Very nice rental

The rental was just as advertised and the location was convenient. The unit is right next to the pool which is a plus. Owner communication was great. We would definitely rent again.

A great base for exploring SoDel

This is a lovely condo unit perfectly located for exploring all Southern Delaware has to offer. It’s clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet even though it’s just off busy Route 1. Rehoboth Beach is 15 minutes away, and Lewes, Dewey and Bethany beaches aren’t much further. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean, nice location

The place was very clean and in a great spot. Our only complaints were there was only 1 TV in the house, which made it difficult for kids and adults to find something to watch, and with it raining a lot there was only so much indoor things we could find to do. Also there was not enough dishes/silverware. I was having to hand wash them daily. The pool was great and Dana was very nice. She was very quick to respond to any questions.

Dana’s condo was clean, bright and comfortable. It was within driving or walking distance of everything. Very nice place for two to four people to stay. Dana was very easy to communicate with and would quickly reply to any questions.

Condo was very clean and ample space. Just two of us but the condo could easily house 2 couples or a family. Good location, didn't shop due to pandemic but is very close to outlets and restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away, good stay!

What a great find!

This was a lovely condo space for out first DE beach visit. Spotless but inviting, it's close to the beaches (Rehoboth Beach is 15 minutes away, traffic permitting; Lewes is 20) but far enough removed from the party scene to enable you to rest up for the next day's fun. Located off busy Route 1, with all the supermarkets/outlet shopping you could want, but you hear surprisingly little highway noise. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Great getaway

Dana's beach condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't open while we were there but Dana had zero control over that due to covid and change of rules and regulations at the property. The beach was a short drive away and the condo is conveniently located near everything. My family and I had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Beautiful property with all of the amenities

This was an amazing experience. The condo was extremely clean, the owner provided us with a nice pantry of goods for our stay, and we had plenty to watch on TV (cable, Netflix, Roku). The condo was a perfect size for four and looked much bigger than in the photos. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

We didn’t like the idea that we were responsible for toilet paper and paper towels. There was a lot of noise late at night outside.....sounded like young kids.

Great, clean place to stay

The condo was clean, and it was in near many attractions including Cape Henlopen State Park. Also, quiet community. Really liked having 2 full bathrooms. I would definitely recommend.
