Welcome to Lakefront Pool Retreat | Coachella Chic at Terra Lago, a stylish lakefront escape located in the beautiful gated Terra Lago community in the heart of the Coachella Valley. Our home features 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. You'll find two main bedrooms, a third room featuring a trundle bed, and an additional rollaway bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Inside, the bright open-concept living room and fully equipped kitchen create the perfect space to gather, share meals, watch the game, or relax after a day exploring the desert.

Overlooking the tranquil lake, the backyard features a private pool, comfortable outdoor lounge areas, and stunning sunset views across the water. Our home is designed to accommodate groups comfortably with 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living space, and an in-garage EV charger. While the home boasts a feminine chic design, it is also a fantastic base for golf weekends, guys’ trips, and festival stays. Parking is a breeze with a two-car garage and two additional spaces in the driveway (larger vehicles like SUVs are best parked in the driveway). We are also pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs traveling with their owners (no cats, please). Please see additional pet fees below.

• Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs traveling with their owners! To maintain comfort for all guests, cats are not permitted. Pet fees include $100 for the first pet and $25 for a second pet. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
• EV Charging and Parking: The home includes an EV charger located in the garage for convenient overnight charging. Parking includes a two-car garage and two additional spaces in the driveway. Maximum 4 cars allowed. No commercial vehicles or commercial branding allowed. Larger vehicles such as SUVs are best parked in the driveway, as the garage space is more compact.

• Pool & Spa heating are offered at an extra charge:

Pool heating: $100 per day *
Spa heating: $35per day *

Once the pool heating is activated it can take 10+ hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
• Pool care - This typically happens every Tuesday and Friday, so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay. Due to frequent high winds in the area, it’s normal for sand and debris to accumulate between cleanings. Please use the skimmer net when needed during your stay.
• Lawn care - This typically happens every week (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
• Quiet hours 9PM - 8AM - According to local policy, Quiet Hours for vacation rentals are from 9PM to 8AM on weekdays and 10PM to 8AM on weekends. Please keep outdoor noise at a conversational level during Quiet Hours. If you anticipate being loud or energetic after Quiet Hours, kindly move indoors. Failure to comply may result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction due to noise violations or complaints from neighbors. Speakers etc. are not permitted to be used in the yard.
• Fishing is strictly prohibited.
• Entering the lake is strictly prohibited. The lake is a no contact body of water and entering the lake will result in fines which is the responsibility of the guest.
• Festival Reservations: For significant festivals such as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Festival, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required, including Thursday through Sunday nights.
• Trash removal is typically done every Thursday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Someone may enter the gate during your stay to roll the cans to and from the curb, but NO ONE will enter the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
• Cameras and Noiseaware - There are motion-activated cameras outside. This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
