Evening quiet hours from 9 pm Sunday to Thursday,and 10 pm Fridays and Saturdays. No outside music and use of outside amenities during the quiet hours

House is great. We enjoyed our stay there. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Only thing is the gated community does not allow large vehicles. We had a 12 passenger that was to tall for the garage, and were getting ‘tickets’ from the HOA everyday with threats of being towed. Only found out about the towe part our last night. No where else to park, I was checking on our van all night to make sure it was still there. Security said they’ve never towed before but still stressful on vacation. Otherwise def recommend. It was clean, hot water for showers was plenty, and great area.

Great weekend stay

We stayed here while a group of us friends were visiting Indian Wells BNP Paribas Tennis. The stay was comfortable, place were nice and clean and equipped well. The backyard is lovely as well.

Gorgeous property in the desert!

The house exceeded all of our expectations! It’s super clean, beautifully decorated and so spacious. The backyard is fantastic for BBQs with a fire-pit and gorgeous pool. Our family rented it for the BNP Paribas tournament. The host responds immediately to any questions. Thank you Andranik!

Golf Trip

We had a large group of guys that met in Indio for an extended golf weekend. We rented two houses on the same street. This made comparing houses very easy. The Terra Lago Getaway house was clean but a little run down. The pool is so cold its unusable in February. The hot tub is also cold. To heat the hot tub you have to send the host a text to have the hot tub turned on. You have 3 hours per day of hot tub heat. Over three hours will cost extra. There was a ping pong table in the house. The paddles and balls provided are sooo bad. Torn rubber, missing rubber, disgraceful! We went to the store and bought new paddles and balls so we could play ping pong. We did not leave them at the house. Basically we used the house to sleep. The house down the street had a heated pool, renter controlled hot tub heat, house and games were ALL in great shape, cheaper to rent and comfortable. We would rent this house again. The benefit of the Terra Lago Getaway house was it had more beds so no one had to share beds. I’ll give this house a 3 star.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and well decorated. The beds are comfy. The house was clean and well cared for. The check in process was very easy and the communication was fantastic. We had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked. It has a keurig for coffee. Bring your own pods. The pool and jacuzzi are great, but if you are heating them, you can only use one thing at time. You can either heat the jacuzzi or the pool or use the lights or use the gas firepit. You cannot use anything at the same time. You will need to contact the host to turn anything on. He is quick and efficient but it was a pain to have to request anything each time. You get three hours a day for the jacuzzi and the pool is $200 to heat per day. Be aware that there are cameras everywhere in the backyard. We definitely felt like we were being watched or photographed. Restaurant recommendations about 25 minutes away: Pink Cabana had an amazing dinner and Beautiful Day had an amazing brunch. Neil's Lounge was a fun local bar with karoke.
