Please return all wristbands to the kitchen counter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free unit, including the private balcony. Any evidence of smoking will result in a deep-cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own parking passes via the Calypso registration portal ($60 fee per vehicle) Info will be provided.
Wristbands must be worn when visiting property amenities (pool, gym etc.) Tower 3 guest may not use Tower 1 or 2 pools per HOA.

Our family had an amazing time!! The property was newly updated and beautiful. There was a small issue when we checked in. A few areas needed cleaning, but the host immediately called the cleaning company and they were there within a couple of hours and resolved the issue. Apparently a photographer had been in the unit and disturbed a few things, but it was fixed almost immediately by our awesome host! Our host was very responsive and kind. The location is wonderful and our children loved the pool!

It was a very clean and very nice stay close to everything and the view will take your breath away perfect place will definitely be my go to place and the host was very informative and helpful with out even needing to be asked anything perfect is an understatement
