Welcome to Ferienhaus Anni, your charming retreat in Puddemin—right on the historic Puddeminer Wiek and just a few steps from the tranquil natural harbour. Puddemin, a picturesque district of the municipality of Poseritz, is characterised by its thatched-roof houses and the relaxed, unhurried atmosphere of southern Rügen.

Spanning two levels and featuring generously sized rooms, the house accommodates up to 4 people—ideal for couples, friends, or families. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and offer a pleasant view of the property. The space is perfect for relaxing evenings—whether you’re cooking together, enjoying convivial meals, or having quiet nights in front of the TV—there’s a place for everyone here.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts you need to create your own special holiday moments. Shiny worktops, modern appliances, and plenty of space ensure that even your holiday becomes a culinary experience.

The upper floor features two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Each bedroom has its own bathroom—one with a bathtub, the other with a modern walk-in shower and a built-in infrared cabin that provides rejuvenating warmth and tranquility. Should summer nights ever get warm, air conditioners in the rooms ensure a pleasant coolness.

Another plus is the fully fenced-in garden (approx. 700 m², 160 cm high fence)—ideal for guests with dogs, so your four-legged friend can roam around worry-free.

But it’s not just the house itself that’s impressive: Puddemin is a quiet natural harbour, nestled in the protected Bodden area of the Puddeminer Wiek. The harbour offers visitor berths, boat and bicycle rentals, and a harbour restaurant that invites you to enjoy a relaxing break right on the water. The surrounding area features tranquil trails, bird sanctuaries, and cultural landmarks. The town is located within a European bird sanctuary—birdwatchers in particular will love the Bodden landscape, as cranes, grey geese, white-tailed eagles, and cormorants regularly pass through here. Hiking and biking trails also begin nearby: for example, the Rügen Fairy Tale Route runs through Puddemin, past manor houses, old tree-lined avenues, and mystical spots.
