The drawers and cabinets contain cutlery, pans, pots, and various other kitchen utensils.<br>There is a freestanding refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker.<br>The dining table is set with four chairs. In addition to meals, this area can also be used as a workspace.<br>The kitchen and dining area are visually separated by a room divider.<br>Behind it is a cosy, large couch. It’s a great place to relax.<br>On the lowboard is a stereo system and a Sony Smart TV.<br>The bedroom features a large built-in closet.<br>There are two single beds (90x200 metres) with comfortable mattresses of varying firmness levels. (Firmness level 2 and firmness level 3 with latex topper)<br>The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a modern design.<br>Walk-in shower, sink, vanity with drawers, toilet.<br>A hair dryer, hand towels, and bath towels are located in the drawer and in the chest of drawers in the hallway, respectively.<br>Wi-Fi is, of course, also available.<br>A portable air conditioner and a fan are available for hot days.<br>This is a non-smoking apartment; therefore, smoking is only permitted outdoors.<br><br>Outside, next to the house, there is a large terrace that guests are welcome to use. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a cantilever umbrella, and a swing-arm grill.<br>The unique garden shed (a construction caravan) is also available for guests’ use.<br><br>For guests who bring their bicycles to explore the Saarland, there are designated areas to securely store them. <br><br><br>The basement features a renovated laundry room with a new LG washing machine (model 27.08.20), a drying rack, an ironing board, and an iron.
