Our beautiful, non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of the “Strandperle” building and is easily accessible by stairs or lift. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach.



Good to know:

Rental rates are based on 3 people; an additional person is possible upon request for an extra charge.

A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bedding and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.

One dog is permitted upon prior arrangement for an additional fee.



The apartment features a bright, inviting living area with an open kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed. The children’s bedroom has a bunk bed, which is suitable exclusively for children.



From the breakfast table, you can partially see the Baltic Sea, and in the evening, you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony.



After a lovely bike ride along the Baltic Sea Coastal Bike Path, you can safely store your bikes (whether your own or rented) in our storage room in the bike shed.



From May 1 through September 30, a free beach chair is available to you on Südstrand.



The apartment was completely renovated in the spring of 2022.
