Bonnes vacances au calme

La villa est bien située, proche mer et commerces. Bien qu'ancienne elle a été rénovée convenablement et est facile à vivre. Petites ombres au tableau, la piscine n'était pas filtrée nous n'avons pas pu en profiter pleinement. Une des deux télécommandes du portail ne fonctionnait pas et le portail est très capricieux, cela pourrait être amélioré.

Gemütlich, gute Lage

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern ca. 3 Wochen im Dezember/Januar dort verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig, man kann zu allen großen Supermärkten laufen, die Strände sind zu Fuß 15 bzw. 30 Minuten entfernt. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, allerdings sind bestimmte Möbel doch offensichtlich etwas älter und könnten erneuert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, für 9 (erwachsene ) Personen könnte es im Wohnbereich doch sehr eng werden.

Decepcionante fin de semana

Pésima limpieza de la casa encontrando restos de comida en el suelo, piscina sucia con el agua turbia y sin aspirar; se nos manchó de verde los bañadores. Uno de los aires acondicionados tiraba agua, mojando la habitación y pasillo, mando de aire acondicionado sin bateria. Se llamó a la empresa intermediaria en 2 ocasiones sin solucionar el problema, pasando calor y mal rato. Además el penultimo dia se fue la energia solo en la casa, llamamos a la empresa intermediaria y tampoco nos dieron solución. Un fin de semana desastrozo, en donde exigen dejar la casa limpia, sin encontrarla en óptimas condiciones. Hemos tenido que limpiar la casa desde el primer dia, al igual que intentar limpiar la piscina nosotros mismos para poder estar algo cómodos. Creo que el dinero de pago por limpieza deberia ser devuelto ya que nosotros asumimos la limpieza en todo momento.

Hello Merty, We appreciate the feedback to help us improve our services. Should guests find the cleaning on arrival unsatisfactory, we ask to please contact the keyholder on the spot for additional cleaning to be done. When the pool was reported, the pool maintenance arrived immediately to clean it up. The condensation of the Air conditioning was explained, and solution was provided on the spot. Maintenance also changed the batteries as soon as it was notified. As for the electricity going off, the office provided instructions on the spot point out where to find the fuse box to reset the system. We are sorry if the efforts of our staff on the spot did not meet your expectations. Our cleaning team are informed to be more careful in the future, and the pool will be monitored better.
