Had a lovely stay in Mike's villa.quiet and secluded but within easy walking to bars and restaurants. A steady walk into the centre of Moraira takes approx 20mins. The highlights, the pool & view of the sea from the balcony.

Las Terrazas in July

Perfect property for a calm and peaceful holiday but close enough to Moraira and other similar towns to be busy if that’s what you’re looking for. The pool and bbq are great and there is enough space within the grounds of the villa, to have your own space. We’d recommend Amanates Moraira if you’re looking for a very nice restaurant.

Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa. Very well equipped and very clean. Great location, but hilly. Better to have a car available. Communication with the owner, Mike, was excellent. Very attentive and efficient in answering any queries. Would recommend and would certainly stay there again if we return to the area.

Paradise!

Such a lovely property with everything you need. Was even better than it looked in the listing. Pool isn’t overlooked at all and was bigger than we expected. Terrace has shade and breeze all day with a great view of the sea. 10 min walk to the sea, supermarket and bike hire at the end of the road. Easy walk to more shops and restaurants. Great swimming. Michael is a really helpful and responsive host. Would thoroughly recommend.

We are a family of 4 (two adults and two teenagers) and stayed here at the beginning of August. The villa was just perfect. It was very clean and spacious. The pool area is lovely and the covered terrace area was great.The villa is very private and quiet. Mike, the host was excellent and so helpful. The Villa is also very well equipped. The wifi works well too.One bonus for us was the location of the villa. We did not hire a car. We used Beniconnect (recommended by Mike) for our transfers to and from the airport. The villa is a 10 min walk to a large supermarket and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk. It is easy to walk from the Villa to the centre of Moraira - about a 25 - 30 minute walk. We found that we did not need a car at all - but be warned the walk back to the Villa from the shops, restaurants and town is uphill all the way!Overall, we loved this Villa and would highly recommend it. We would not hesitate to book it again.

Excelente alojamiento. Dispone de todo lo necesario para 6 personas. La ubicación es magnífica. La piscina es grande y la limpieza se realizó cada dos días. La comunicación con el propietario, perfecta. Sin duda es un alojamiento para repetir.
