Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning is currently not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. Please note that access to the property involves steep, narrow stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or heavy luggage.
The bathroom has been fully renovated with a resin shower tray, LED lighting, and marble-effect porcelain wall tiles. LED lighting has also been installed in the hallway, kitchen, and roof terrace. The roof terrace has been renovated with new waterproofing, new flooring, and brand-new outdoor furniture including sun loungers and sofas, perfect for enjoying the sunset views.
