This was a really fun vacation for our family! Our kids loved the bikes and easy access to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised with the “Big Chill” across the road from the subdivision. The shopping, food, and events were an added bonus! The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was a 10/10 and we would highly recommend!
We loved this place so much! We loved the neighborhood it was in and how close it was to great shops, restaurants and some beach access! It was immaculate and couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our week at the beach! Chris was a great host and was very responsive to us on any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

We’re a family of 5 from Murfreesboro, Tennessee—Chris, my wife Carrie, and our three kids: Olivia, Garrison, and our youngest, Rosemary (yes, she’s named after beautiful Rosemary Beach!). We’ve been visiting 30A for many years, and after more than 13 years of owning and hosting a nearby condo, we were ready for a larger space that better fit our family—and one we could continue sharing with guests looking for a memorable beach getaway.
We chose The Prominence for its unbeatable location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, along with its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. One of our favorite things about staying here is the ability to walk over to The Big Chill for great food, live music, and a fun, casual environment for all ages. We also love biking along the scenic Timpoochee Trail, exploring the charming beach communities along 30A, and of course spending as much time as possible on the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches and in the clear Gulf waters.
While we enjoy being a short drive from Panama City Beach, we especially appreciate coming back to the quieter, more laid-back feel of the Prominence community at the end of the day. It truly offers the best balance of convenience and relaxation.

It’s a quieter, more scenic backdrop that you’ll notice immediately.
Inside, the space feels open, bright, and welcoming thanks to soaring 10–12 ft coffered ceilings, crown molding, and a wall of windows and double 8-foot French doors that lead out to a full-length private balcony. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the balcony is a favorite spot for taking in both sunrises and sunsets in a calm, natural setting.
The kitchen is another standout feature, designed with both style and function in mind.
