The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect location for a young family with kids from 3-8. It was our first family trip. The pool was great and the fact that the back porch overlooks the whole pool made keeping an eye on the kids a breeze. The private access to the beach was a game changer. Maybe a three block walk saved us a car trip to a public beach parking. We could go to the beach and one of us walk a kid back if they were wore out. Cannot say enough good things about this location. Met great people and was a quiet and inviting community. Host was great to work with.

The cottage and property were lovely. The pool right outside the back door was very convenient. The back porch with trees that provided shade made morning and evening sitting enjoyable. The beach access was a little further than we anticipated and was a downside because we are such beach people. Very enjoyable stay.

The cottage was perfect! It was clean and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. I loved having such easy access to the pool. It was also very convenient to have a parking spot. The area was great and loved the access to bike paths. This made it easy to get to local restaurants and shops. The only drawback is the walk to the beach. I wish there was a path directly across the street. But the walk is only a few minutes and easy to get to.

This was my family’s first time staying in this area so we didn’t exactly know what to expect but this house and location did not disappoint! The house was very clean upon our arrival and the location was far better than I expected! Close to great restaurants, a short easy walk to the beach (even with our kids ages 6 & 5). We had a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

Weekend getaway

Location was great for walking to the beach. We didnt use the bikes but there was many people out biking to a shoppe area about a mile away. Beach access does have stairs down to the beach, so keep in mind when going. Not a complaint for private and there wasnt many people while we were there. Owner was quick to communicate with any questions.

Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights. Great location on the pool and within walking distance to the beach. Lots of other families to meet and kids to play with during spring break. Walkway along the road made me nervous with young kiddo (4yo), but appreciated the short walk to beach. All within driving distance to anything else you need or want. Would go back again!
