Very clean. Plenty of room for a family to stay. Friendly hosts that are full of helpful information. Less than 1 block from an amazing sno cone stand, walking distance to the waterfront(one main road to cross)

The house was in good shape with nice upgrades. The only issue was a dirty A/C filter keeping it from cooling. Once it was replaced the A/C worked great.
