Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the living areas, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the balcony. Enjoy access to three pools within Kingston Plantation: the Brighton Tower pool, St. James Park pool, and the Beach Club Oceanfront pool. Direct beach access is available via on-site walkways. Parking is available on-site for registered guests. The property is located in a gated community with 24-hour security. Please note that guests do not have access to the Hilton or Embassy Suites waterpark or fitness areas.

For those flying in, Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. While ride-sharing services are readily available, a car is recommended to fully experience the area's attractions, dining, and shopping. Public transportation options are limited in this area.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a non-smoking property, including the balcony. Pets are not allowed due to HOA regulations. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival. We provide starter supplies; however, guests staying longer may need to purchase additional items. Quiet hours are enforced as per community guidelines.
