Holiday apartment "Ankerplatz"

The holiday apartment "Ankerplatz" is located on the first floor and offers a view of the large garden, which can be used by all guests. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a living kitchen. Each bedroom has a large double bed (160*200cm), which can also be supplemented with a baby travel bed. The kitchen is equipped with a double hotplate, a grill microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Pots, pans, and dishes are of course also available.

The large garden is freely available to all guests. You can spend the evening relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine and a good book or watching Netflix or live TV on the television. Meanwhile, the children can play in the sandbox or in the garden with a ball. Books and board games are also available in the holiday apartment.

There are two free parking spaces per holiday apartment available on the property. Bed linen and towels can be added for a fee of €15 per set or €7.50 per person for bed linen alone.

The famous café "Naschkatze" as well as the natural harbor on the Achterwasser with its great restaurant can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area offers many bike paths, such as to the beach in Zinnowitz. You can also lock your bikes in a bicycle carport on the property. However, we recommend having a car on site, as there are no direct shopping facilities in the village.

Kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten ein paar Tage in der kleinen Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war okay, die Lage ganz gut wenn man nicht im Troubel wohnen möchte. Das WLAN hat leider während unseres Aufenthalts nichts funktioniert. Da die Tür aus Glas ist wäre die Möglichkeit diese zu verdunkeln noch recht sinnvoll, da sonst die Nachbarn reingucken können.

Angenehmer Urlaub

Ferienwohnung Ankerplatz: Sehr sauber und liebevolle Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung.Vermisst haben wir nur eine Mikrowelle, eine Jalousie an der Eingangstür sowie die Möglichkeit wenigstens 4 große Handtücher im Bad aufhängen zu können. Hat aber dem Urlausvergnügen aber keinen Abbruch getan. Am Außenbereich müsste noch etwas getan werden. Es besteht leider keine Möglichkeit zu viert zum Essen draußen zu sitzen. Ansonsten bis auf die genannten kleinen Mängel sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die FW ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten in den Ostseebädern.

Schöne Wohnung

Im Großen und Ganzen war es eine schöne Wohnung. Für eine kleine Familie in ruhiger Umgebung super schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und freundlich . Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern (5,4, und 6 Monate) in der Ferienwohnung "Ankerplatz". :) Alles war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Für unser Baby gab es sogar ein Babybett, Wipper und Hochstuhl. Bei Fragen konnte man sich schnell an die Vermieterin wenden.
