About this property

Modern semi-detached house in quiet residential area - 200 m to the sea (promenade)

On the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Cala Rajada, you can relax and unwind in this bright, spacious house or by the pool.
Once you’re fully rested, you can stroll along the beautiful seaside promenade to the lively town centre with its many restaurants and cafés.
Or perhaps you’d prefer to play a round of golf first at one of the four golf courses located within a 15-km radius.
Or would you rather go on a bike ride along the coast today and back through the hilly countryside?
In that case, you’d have to postpone the hiking tour in the nearby Llevant Nature Park—with its stunning views across the entire island—until tomorrow...

Schöes großes Haus in Cala Ratjada

Ligging is perfect.

I understand that you didn't like the style of the furnishing, but I can assure you that it was not cheap, and most of it was made of solid wood by a Majorcan carpenter. The outdoors and the pool are cleaned twice a week by a specialised company. Finally, as the house was built in 2011, the interiors were repainted in 2021 and the facade was renovated in 2022, I cannot see why it should be "outdated"...
