Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, the front screened porch and the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well equipped, the homes layout is nice and it has a nice yard. The bedroom air conditioners were inadequate except in the master bedroom making it hard to sleep. That might only be problem during a heat wave, and perhaps the the filters just needed to be changed. Not enough overhead lighting for bookworms to read. I suggest the owners put instructions on coffee maker. We had difficulty figuring out how to use it. There were ants in the kitchen and in the downstairs bathroom. The property was clean except the cleaning crew did not wipe down vinyl tablecloth on kitchen table, but no one is perfect. Proximity to the beach and a quiet neighborhood are this property's strongest assets and for that reason I would recommend it.

The house is an amazing beach house. One block from the beach. Great outdoor shower. Comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay and especially loved the front porch.
