About this property

200 Feet From The Beach And Boardwalk!!

Our second floor condo is located just steps from the boardwalk in a small condo complex of 5 units. It has 2 designated off street parking spaces. The unit features an open kitchen & living room area. The dining room in the front of the condo has wrap-around sliders that open to let in the ocean breezes and offer views of the ocean and boardwalk. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a large sectional sofa. The unit is approx. 1000 sq ft and will comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. There is a rear staircase as well, and an outside shower to wash the sand off. With a television in every BR and the living room, WiFi, stack washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen, you should have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Note: We bought the property May 31, 2013, and this is our first time owning a vacation home and using VRBO. We want to make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. Our absolute favorite thing about this place - the location - you can walk everywhere!

The condo was spacious, well appointed, clean, and in an excellent location from the beach and everything we wanted to do. Everything was labeled which I appreciated. The kitchen had everything one could need, and the living room furniture and beds were very comfortable for recovering from our race. Parking and condo entry were efficient. The host communicated well throughout the process. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Loved our beach weekend! The rental is much bigger than it appears in pictures and is nicely laid out. The location could not be better: you can leave your car and walk to everything in Rehoboth Beach. And it's super close to Henlopen Cape State Park for birding, biking and walking. Everything is as described in property description and host very accessible and helpful.

This condo is a great place to stay when visiting Rehoboth. It's spacious, clean, and has all the amenities necessary for a beach vacation. It's a few doors down from the boardwalk and in walking distance of all our favorite restaurants like Eden, Blue Moon, Cafe Azafran, and Back Porch. This home is in a great location. The beach is literally right out your door. It’s not overly big, but we had 7 adults and plenty of room, beds and couch were comfy, and was clean. The host was amazing! We had no issues. Would I stay again, 100 percent! We had a great time!!
