Sunrise 2 Sunset - Stunning Views of Ocean & River

Bright and beachy 2-bedroom condo on the 7th floor with beautiful views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River - perfect for watching the sunrise AND the sunset from the comfort of your own balcony! Wake up to an ocean view and enjoy everything you need for a long-term stay. The condo building has both an indoor pool (which is heated year-round) and a recently renovated outdoor pool.



The Space:

This unit is fully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen, including a toaster oven, rice cooker, mini crock pot, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig machine - to satisfy all preferences! The master bedroom has a Queen bed, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and stunning ocean views. The guest bedroom has a double bed, and the couch in the living room even pulls out into a Queen-sized sofa bed so that the unit can sleep up to 6 people.



Guest Access:

Someone will meet the guest at the lobby entrance to let them in the first time, and then the guest will have full access to the condo building and all its amenities using the 2 sets of keys and fobs provided.



The Neighborhood:

Daytona Beach Shores is a quieter beach town compared to downtown Daytona, yet it's still close to major attractions and has some great restaurants close by.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around (restaurants, shopping, attractions), however, you can definitely WALK TO THE BEACH in just a few minutes! And a major plus is that the grocery store (Publix) is just across the street, so that is also walkable from the condo.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum of 2 pets allowed, however, the TOTAL WEIGHT of ALL PETS needs to be 20 lbs or less, per HOA policy. Please let us know about your pets before you book your reservation. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per pet.
