Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Clean up and properly dispose of all trash in bags and place in the outside totes.
Leave ceiling fans on low, reset thermostats to original settings, turn off all lights, and lock the door behind you.

Lovely cottage! So comfy and super convenient to restaurants and wineries. Nice having two fire pits to choose from and we used both. Loved sitting by the fire down near the lake at sunset and then back to the cottage for star gazing! Andy and Dawn are perfect hosts, very responsive, and gave us great ideas for what to see and do around lake Keuka. Great memories!

We had a great time here on our summer vacation. The house is cute, recently renovated, very clean, and comfortable. The front deck has a nice view of the lake and we enjoyed spending time there. Keuka Lake is phenomenal - the water is clear and beautiful and the area is gorgeous with rolling hills, farms, and Finger Lakes! We rented a boat and were able to keep it at the dock for the house for the week. We had a great time water skiing, wake boarding, and swimming off of the boat. The house is across the street from a very popular restaurant (The Switzerland Inn), which offered great people watching and bands that we enjoyed. They wind down early enough that it was not a problem for sleeping. Seneca Farms Dairy on the other side of the lake has amazing homemade ice cream. Fresh corn on the cob and blueberries from regional farms were also delicious. There is a wine trail around the lake a with many wineries. Nearby Keuka Springs Winery is an impressive facility with wine tasting, food, and a band. There was a bottle of wine left for us at the house for tasting that we enjoyed. Hammondsport is about 15 minutes south and offers a beach for easy lake access. Watkins Glen is about 30 minutes away at the south end of Seneca Lake and is a nice hike. Andrew responded quickly and was helpful when needed. All in all, a great stay in a comfortable house, and I love this part of the country! Thank you Andrew!
