Benzer Höh Vacation Home - Family Vacations with a Playground & Sauna

Set in an idyllic, peaceful setting with a stunning view of the town of Benz, the “Benzer Höh” holiday home welcomes you on the island of Usedom. With 185 square metres of living space and four bedrooms, the holiday home can accommodate up to nine people. Ideal for a holiday with the whole family.

The spacious living room is stylishly furnished with a large sofa set, armchairs, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a surround sound system. On cold winter days, the fireplace provides extra comfort and a cosy atmosphere. During the summer months, you can enjoy cosy evenings together on the adjoining terrace. While you fire up the built-in fireplace grill, the children can have fun in the garden with a play tower, slide, and swing. If the weather isn’t cooperating, the kitchen and dining area are also perfect for dining. The large dining table has room for every family member. The high-quality kitchen, equipped with useful kitchen appliances, also invites you to cook and prepare your own meals.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floors. Three of the four bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres) and their own TV; dressers are available in all rooms for your clothing. One of the bedrooms also features a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) as well as a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 metres). From the two adjoining balconies, you can enjoy the sweeping views. From the bedroom under the roof, you can even see all the way to nearby Schmollensee. The large bathroom on the upper floor features a toilet, a walk-in shower, two sinks, a bathtub, and—as an added highlight—its own sauna. The small radio in the bathroom provides musical accompaniment during your sauna sessions. A second bathroom on the ground floor, also equipped with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, perfectly rounds out your stay.

Two parking spaces are available in the property’s courtyard. You can also use the property’s Wi-Fi. A private washing machine is available. You can hang your laundry on the clothesline in the garden. Bicycle racks are provided at the house for your bikes. The high chair already in the apartment, as well as the travel cot (including a mattress but without linens), make this a particularly family-friendly option.

Please have a 300.00 euro security deposit ready upon check-in. The cost of electricity used by the sauna is to be paid on the day of departure or will be deducted from the security deposit. Billing is based on the metre reading and calculated at 0.50 cents/kWh.
