Ocean Villa is located in the perfect part of PCB - very centrally located. Close to restaurants, souvenir shops, and an ice cream shop. It is so nice to be able to walk to some places rather than fight all the traffic. The pool area is great and kept very clean. Bonus is the beach is just steps away! The view from this 18th floor condo is amazing! The balcony is very spacious and has great furniture to enjoy. Everything was very clean and exactly as listed. Owners were very easy to access during our stay- just a text away. I would highly recommend this condo.

Upon opening the door, it smelled like a convenience store, possibly from the cleaning products used. Very outdated unit. The living room furniture is covered with sheets. Lighting throughout is dim. Comforters resemble an early 90s decor. The mattress in the master literally sinks when you sit or lay on it. Never used the guest bedroom to evaluate it. The second day I noticed the Air Conditioning could not maintain a constant temperature during the heat of the late afternoon and evening. I had it set on 71. However, during the afternoons it would inch up to 75 degrees. Also, they have the thermostat locked with a lower limit of 71 degrees, cannot set it any lower ( this is not mentioned in their listing details). They sent maintenance at 10am on the third day to check the AC and said it was fine. Ive stayed in many other units at Ocean Villas. It’s a nice property and a great location. This unit needs some attention and updating.
