The covered lower deck offers an outdoor dining room with relaxing setting and outdoor shower with cold and hot water.

Parking Information:
- Parking available in the driveway for 2–3 cars; the garage is reserved for beach gear (chairs, coolers, wagon, and more).

Reservation Information:
- Check in: after 4PM CST
- Check out: by 10AM CST
- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 per 15 minutes past checkout. Late checkout may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed until the day before departure.
- Must be 25+ to book. Guests under 25 require a responsible adult (25+) on the property. Non-compliance may result in cancellation without refund.
- The home is reserved for the booking guest and their registered guests only.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Key House Rules:
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking or vaping indoors, on decks, or in the garage; $1,000 remediation fee for violations.
- Quiet hours are enforced by the county from 10pm to 7am.
- No parties or large gatherings. Small celebrations with registered guests are welcome. Unauthorized overnight guests may incur a fee of $125 per person, per night. Not following this policy may lead to cancellation without refund.

Security:
This property features three exterior security cameras: one video doorbell in the front entrance and one in each deck. These exterior cameras are facing outward. There’s an additional visible camera located in the garage facing the driveway. None of these cameras monitor any indoor living spaces.
