A 48 m² apartment located in a private residence directly on the lake, ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. You will find the accommodation at entrance C, next to the bar; take the elevator to reach the second floor. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen-dining area, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee machine, one bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.



The residence offers a large shared garden with a terrace, furnished with a big table and chairs for guests to enjoy outdoor lunches or dinners with a lake view. By using the elevator and going down to floor -1, you can access the garden, the beach, and three shared piers on the lake directly. Outside, there is a shower available, ideal after a day at the lake, and a playground for children.



The famous Vittoriale is about 1 km away, and the nearest airport is about 36 km from the apartment.

Above and beyond

The apartment was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and right on the lake. I have nothing but good things to say about our host/owner. Very friendly, accomodating, he gave us some great tips and made us feel at home. I/we would def. stay here again!

Great location with parking

The apartment is clean, well located and easy to access with free parking. The host was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and waited for us as we got stuck in traffic. The only thing I didn’t care for was asking for an additional cash payment at check in for “sheets and towels” which the host said were not included. This is incredibly strange, I have never experienced something like this, so be aware. Despite this, I would still recommend this apartment.

Wunderschöne Gegend, sehr saubere und vollausgestattete schöne Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Der Garten und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis war sehr gut. Es war wirklich alles perfekt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wohnung top, Umgebung top, Garten mit Zugang zum See top. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Verkehrslärm. Aber mit Ohrenstöpseln ist es ok.

Unbeschreibliches erlebnis, kommen wieder!

Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Haben uns im Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen direkten Zugang, zum Gardasee. Die Lage ist TOP ! und Preis Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Da bekommt man mehr für sein Geld. Wir werden wieder kommen 👍 10 von 10 Sternen !!!!!!

Pro: super Lage, Wohnkomplex direkt am See, sehr gepflegter Garten, priv. Sonnenliegen, kleiner Kiesstrand und Bootsanleger zum reinspringen Contra: laut in der Nacht, da die Whg zur Straße raus liegt, die Whg hat nur 1 Fenster
