Wenn man das Haus selbst ignoriert, ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen unterwegs und hatten ausreichend Platz. Eines der drei Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, welches genutzt werden muss um in das dritte Zimmer zu gelangen. Das war uns vorab nicht bewusst. Der Wohnraum und Küchenbereich sind sehr gemütlich und ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Leider hört man auf dem Balkon sehr stark die Straße. Der Blick ist toll und die Lage ist auch gut. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, sodass man kein Auto braucht.

Es war sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und funktional. Die Betten waren für uns Ältere sehr tief und die Fernsehcouch zu weich. Dafür war Balkon und Küchensitzgarnitur perfekt. Sonthofen ist eine Stadt, das muss man bedenken, wenn man es eher ruhiger mag. Ausstattung war ok.

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub in der FW Rotspitz , zur Anreise wurden wir im FEWO 24 Büro freundlich empfangen und erhielten die Schlüssel zur Wohnung sowie die Gästekarten.Bei Ankunft am Haus war die Parksituation etwas undurchsichtig, lt. Beschreibung gibt es einen Parkplatz, dieser ist aber nicht markiert, man parkt wo frei ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit 9 Wohneinheiten. ( ist in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich) 2 davon sind Ferienwohnungen, einige Mieter markierten ihre Parkplätze mit Steinen und Warnschildern. Lt. anderen Bewertungen gab es wohl auch schon Ärger wegen den Parkplätzen. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss, sie ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Sie hat einen schönen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr schön um dort zu Essen und den Abend zu genießen. Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden, wobei ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist ( nicht in Beschreibung ersichtlich). Da wir es nicht benötigten war es kein Problem für uns. Während des Aufenthalts bemerkten wir aber doch einige Dinge die störend waren und auch in älteren Bewertungen schon bemängelt wurden, aber bisher nicht behoben wurden z.B. die Duschabtrennung an der Wanne hält nicht, für 6 Personen Wohnung gibt es nur 4 kleine Löffel, nur 2 Weingläser davon einen kaputt( wurde im Fewo Büro angesprochen. Die Ausstattung ist aber ansonsten gut, genug Geschirr usw.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung bietet für 4-6 Personen eine gute Möglichkeit für einen gemeinsamen Aufenthalt. Der Wohnraum bietet ausreichend Platz und der Ausblick auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Die zentrale Lage in Sonthofen bietet ein hervorragende Startmöglichkeit für verschiedene Wandertouren . Gleichzeitig kann man alles Wichtige fussläufig erreichen , wie z.B. Restaurants , Bäcker und andere E Inkaufmöglichkeiten .

Schöner Kurzurlaub

In super und modern ausgestatteter Wohnung hatten wir ein sehr schönes Wanderwochenende in toller Lanschaft und bei bestem Wetter. Oberstdorf und Umgebung sowie die Unterkunft Rotspitz sind sehr zu empfehlen.
