Thank you VueStay! After arriving, unloading and unpacking at our lovely condo we managed to lock ourselves out!! I called your help line and got a real and very nice person who called a local employee of Crystal Mountain to come and unlock the door. He then called back to check on things. Both men were pleasant and helpful. So very appreciated!

The property was in poor condition. The outside door did not shut properly, the shower heads and faucets were not clean. The property was advertised as full access to resort amenities but did not mention the fee to participate.
