This third-floor bay view vacation home is just two blocks from the beach in a convenient complex with boat docks and a swimming pool, close to the Ocean City Convention Center. The suite is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, plus air conditioning. You'll be near dining and activities, so you'll always have something fun to do. This charming and convenient condo is decorated in a lovely beach theme, with everything you need to feel at home. You'll have a full-size washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances. You'll love watching the boats on the bay or taking in views of a beautiful summer sunset from your large deck.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Worth the stay!

Perfect for a small group. Offered good streaming channels. Comfortable mattress, and sofa. Great location close to all the things we like to do! Wonderful view of the bay. Loved the pool- well maintained from the lounge furniture to the attending staff.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Place needs a complete clean from top to bottom! Also the neighbors have dogs that are vicious. Wouldn’t rent here again.

Nice comfortable place

Property was clean and in good condition. Worked well with 2 teenagers that had to share the pull out bed. Location was good, short walk to the beach and to a few good restaurants. Having a designated parking spot was nice. The view at sunset is fantastic. Would stay here again.

10/10 would stay again

This place was a great stay! Inside was very clean and had an updated modern feel to it. Location was PERFECT beautiful bayside balcony views and steps away from the convention center, several local surf shops, and restaurants. The big bonus for us, was directly across the street is coconuts bar and grille. That’s important to mention because they have direct beach access, a 2 for 1 happy hour, live music, and allow drinks on the beach. This condo offers the location of being right in the mix of the action, but tucked away from the noise with plenty of on site amenities to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Great but check the lock

We loved the room the inside was great. The only downside was the lock not working from the outside. When you were at the place you could lock it and be fine, but when you left there was no way to keep the door locked.
