The place was clean, perfect for our stay. Parking was easy. Both the bed and pull out were very comfortable. The noise (traffic) was at a minimum.

Nice place to stay the weekend

Quiet other than the air freshener's going off. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water quiet A/C. Excellent towels they really hit that out of the park.

Few steps from the beach!

This is our second stay at this place. The walk to the beach is short and the unit is clean and cozy. The day bed and extra bed that could be pulled are both comfortable. Close to great restaurants as well.

Weekend Get Away

Great little place to stay for a quick getaway to the beach. It was clean and parking for one car is available in the garage. Great location- walking distance it some great restaurants and stores.

Perfect Location

Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect. Parking was a breeze. The beach is not that far to walk to and from. Convenient restaurants and stores very close. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this studio condo. The unit was very clean, cool and just a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store. We enjoyed the sunset from the deck above and appreciated free parking below (17 steps up to the condo). Beach chairs provided; large umbrella was broken. Manager's communication was very good.

Great location to the beach

The property was close to the beach and a great location to our family and friends. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also enjoyed having parking at the property. My only complaint was the loud air conditioner.

Great Place

The property is everything you need and is centrally located. Close to bus stops...easy on and off. My friend enjoyed the 2nd floor deck and the surrounding foliage! Great restaurants near the house! Thank you for the stay! Looking forward to next time!

Clean. Close to the beach.

It's a little hard to find, but we managed. It's a clean condo, within walking distance to the beach and a few stores/restaurants. Stocked with all spices and cooking/eating supplies. Property manager was always responsive if we had questions. I'd recommend this stay!

Perfect little spot

This place is in a great location, is clean, well cared for, and has just about everything you need (making it very convenient). You can tell this condo is lived in and well cared for by its owners, making it a step up from vacation rental chain companies. I would 100% stay here again! It’s an efficiency type condo but when I’m at the beach I’m outdoors so much that it’s not an issue for me at all. I was impressed in the quality of the beds, nice touch!
