Inside this sunny vacation rental, you'll find a sparkling, well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for four all ready for home-cooked meals or family game nights. The adjacent living area includes comfortable seating options and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies (don't forget the popcorn)! All three bedrooms are located on the second-floor and include two rooms with queen-size beds and a colorful, kid-friendly bunk room. Things to Know Free WiFi Guests must use their own accounts to stream movies and TV shows on the smart TVs * Due to the location of this home (across the street from the Jolly Roger Amusement Park) there may be more noise than normal. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
