Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was dated but very clean. For the price compared to other 2br, 2 bath places, it was a great deal. The location was great and the view was amazing. Be aware that the coffee machine in the pictures is not what you get. It is now a Kurig, which I did not bring pods for. There are only 3 salad plates and many little plates to use, unless you want to eat on big serving plates. 1 cereal bowl and noting to flip a egg or pancake. Be prepared to have nothing extra in the kitchen. I would book again because of the price but I will be prepared.

The original bay front condo we booked was absolutely horrible. There is black mold everywhere, especially bad in the bedrooms right above the beds where you are sleeping. The AC was broken and everything seemed wet. The vents have moisture in and around so obviously the black mold is in the duct work. I immediately reached out to vuestay and asked to be moved to another location as the condo definitely was not safe to stay in. They did not have anywhere for us to go so we stayed the night in the truck. The next day they had a check out at another condo and allowed us to move there. It was a giant headache but at least they did accommodate us at another place. The only thing I’m really not happy about is anyone with eyes and a nose would’ve seen and smelled how bad it was in that condo. It should’ve NEVER been rented in the first place.
