Overlooking the complex marina and shared boat slips, this adorable rental offers easy convenience - by land or by sea - to all of Ocean City's great attractions and entertainment. Enjoy al fresco dining and happy hour beverages out on the private deck, with a private grill and direct access to the shared dock and slips. Additional perks include an on-site pool, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. With the beach just an easy stroll across Coastal Hwy., beat the rush and grab your spot early to catch a magnificent sunrise - don't forget to stop at Starbucks on the way over.



The inviting living room offers a TV and plush sofas for cozy ambience and comfortable entertainment after the day's adventures. For at-home meals, the full kitchen is well-equipped with all major appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher for easy clean up. Breakfast bar seating and an expandable dining table offer seating indoors, while the covered deck provides picnic-bench seating. This split-level townhome features upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and private, waterfront balcony. The second guest room has access to a full, hall bathroom.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

EXCELLENT Fully Stocked kitchen!

we needed extra space for family and it was perfect. The ease of checking in, completely stocked kitchen (we cook a lot), and location. Will book again next year for longer maybe!

Spacious home with a nice water view was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well stocked with accessories and pots/pans. I was happy to see 2 coffee makers - 1 for K cups and one regular - for days I needed an afternoon boost. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time at Bermuda bay. My family and myself would highly recommend it. This was our first time staying on bayside rather than Oceanside in the 25+ years that we have been going and it was great. We will be back !

Location was good about a four block walk to the beach. House was spacious and very clean. Loved the size of the place, two bedrooms, living room and kitchen. My only complaint was all the beds were extremely soft. Please replace the beds and I will definitely comeback again.

Some small issues but overall nice

Loved the pool, only having one key was an issue for us since there were 3 adults and one being older and had trouble with the lock box so life would have been easier with two keys, floors and carpet were pretty dirty, sheets were like cardboard
