Our holiday rental is located in the beautiful Ammerland region in Apen/Vreschen Bokel, bordering East Frisia, Cloppenburg, and the Netherlands.

Here you can enjoy your holiday in this peaceful apartment—whether you’re looking to relax or explore the beautiful Ammerland region.



You can go on great bike rides, for example through the magnificent fenlands with their designated bike paths along the dike, where sheep graze and nature remains unspoiled.

Ammerland is also known for its waters teeming with fish and is a great spot for fishing for local species.

The nearby Netherlands also attracts many anglers with its excellent fish stocks and is only about 30 minutes away.



Places such as Bad Zwischenahn, Leer, and Cloppenburg are just a few minutes’ drive from here.

The North Sea coast is about an hour’s drive away, perfect for beautiful walks on the beach or jumping into the waves of the North Sea.



Our lovingly decorated, modern holiday rental features a total of four beds: one double bed and two single beds in two separate rooms. Even when the weather is bad, you can relax in the living room, play the board games provided, or wind down the evening with the Smart TV.

Furthermore, the holiday rental features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, so doing the dishes won’t spoil your holiday.

A washing machine is also available in the apartment, in case you get dirty during an outing.

Out front, a small, flower-filled terrace awaits you, furnished with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. An awning allows you to protect yourself from the strong sun there as well, if desired.

In the back area, there is a small roof overhang with two chairs and a table. There, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning while sipping coffee or tea.

We are a non-smoking, pet-free household.
Guests are kindly asked to strictly observe this rule while in the apartment.
