Simply walk out to the resort pools and private beach from the patio of this updated first floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! In addition to its surfside patio and new flooring throughout, this one-level nicely-maintained coastal getaway features a living and dining area (with new curtains), well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more.  2 flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray, Wifi. Plus, six beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed).



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

The condo was very nice. Right next to the pool was helpful with the kids ! My questions were answered quickly. Everyone was so helpful and nice ! Check-in was convenient right across the street. Server restaurants close by. The entire resort was beautiful and the beach was awesome being private. We will definitely rent again!
