Overlooking the Assawoman Canal and Jefferson Creek, and just a mile to the beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is a great base camp for your family's beach adventures. Large screened porch and deck allow you to relax and enjoy the view. Private access to the canal, just bring your kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard! Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs (including one Netflix capable with guest's own account), DVD, library of books, board games, Wifi., outside shower, charcoal grill, wood-burning fireplace). *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
