Gorgeous Renovated Townhouse-MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT

MUST BE 25 AND OLDER TO RENT OUR TOWNHOUSE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Rental is Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Clean two bedroom, two 1/2 bath townhouse with bunk bed, and queen pull-out sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6 adults (two queen beds and queen sofa). Bunk bed sleeps two children. Ideal for families! Bright beachy décor combine to provide a relaxing get-away. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with 43-inch screen Roku Smart TV and DVD player. The seashell bedroom has a queen bed with 43-inch screen Smart TV and the spacious nautical room has a queen bed and bunk bed (for children). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a half bath is located on main floor. A comfortable sectional in the living room has a queen pull-out sofa. Located three blocks from the ocean and just steps from the back screened-in deck to Gorman Park (playground, tennis court, pickleball court, racquetball court, picnic tables, and grill). There are decks off of the front and back bedrooms to sit and relax. Close to many attractions such as mini golf, restaurants, kayaking, parasailing, and paddle boarding. *UPDATE 11/2025- All floors refinished and WiFi upgraded to Xfinity high-speed internet.

Great Spot Near the Beach

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend (family of 5) and we had a great time. The place was large and comfortable for all of us. The unit exceeded expectations, and was perfectly stocked, clean, and in a perfect location a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved having the park and playground right there, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the screened in porch. Would not hesitate to book again!

We love that Caine Woods is a family-oriented neighborhood. It is quiet and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, mini-golf, and a small water park.
