The house was perfect for our family reunion of 10. It actually looks better and bigger than the advertised photos! We loved cooking and eating our meals together in the kitchen/dining room, playing games around the burning fireplace, pool and ping pong in the man cave, movie watching under the loft, hot tub under the stars at night....It was bliss and we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Beautiful house

We had a great experience here! The house was beautiful and perfect for a low key girls weekend away. Close to cute local bars and breweries, or perfect for staying in and having a cookout by the pool and hot tub.

Perfect for a group of all ages

The house is sprawling and comfortable. We loved the big table that sat 10 people and we especially loved the game room in the basement - we all played pool and ping pong every evening.

First family trip to Cape Cod

Our family absolutely loved staying in this house for our first trip out to the cape. We were close to great family friendly beaches, lots of food options for eating out or getting fresh groceries and seafood to prepare at home, and the property itself is just beautiful. Our kids loved the hot tub and game room, and we appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the home. We definitely plan on coming back!

Great house for the whole family

The house was just as listed clean and spacious. The living room was nice and big with plenty of seats for playing games and hanging out with the family. Each bedroom was a great size. The outdoor setting with the large deck and hot tub was nice for relaxing as well. Overall great stay.

Everything You Need & Much More

This house was extremely well-appointed. It is tucked away on a quiet little street but is deceptively close to Osterville, Centerville, the beach, etc. The back deck and yard are expansive and absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay and hope to be back very soon!

Wonderful and relaxing

I stayed with my extended family, a total of eight of us, who came from different states to enjoy the centerville house on the bumps river. It’s perfectly situated for everything you’d like to do mid Cape. The hot tub is absolutely amazing! The deck is lovely and massive, and the grounds are quite nice.
