Vacation Apartment 06 - Früchtenicht Vacation Rentals

The holiday rental is located at Wasserstraße 12 and features a living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with three single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower/toilet. Apartment No. 6 has a large terrace and is located on the 1st floor.

Our holiday apartments (rented by private owners) are located right in Stralsund’s historic old town—on Wasserstraße and Langenstraße.

Thanks to the central location, you’ll find shopping options, restaurants, and attractions right in the area. All apartments are family-friendly and comfortably furnished, accommodating up to six guests depending on the specific apartment. The apartments feature well-equipped kitchens (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc.). Of course, all apartments feature well-maintained bathrooms.

As guests of our holiday apartments, you are welcome to use our common areas. The game room at Langenstr. 33 features a pool table, a dartboard, and a foosball table.

Tip for ANGLERS: The holiday apartments on Langenstraße have freezers for anglers and a fish-filleting station; a fishing tackle shop is about 100 m away. Guests staying on Wasserstraße are welcome to use these facilities on Langenstraße as well.



If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at a rate of 8.00 euros per day (as of 02/25) in the nearby car parks (Parkhaus am Hafen, Parkhaus am Meeresmuseum, or Parkhaus am Ozeaneum). With a prepaid parking ticket (parking metre/ticket shop/select days), you can leave the car park and re-enter as often as you like on the days you’ve paid for.

Paid EV charging stations are available in the Meeresmuseum (spaces 210-214), Hafen (spaces 89-92), and Ozeaneum (spaces 1-2) car parks.

Die FEWO hat ihren Zweck erfüllt. Wir hatten alles was wir zum kochen und Schlafen brauchten. Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuß und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
