This charming home away from home is professionally decorated by an award-winning interior design company, offering versatile sleeping arrangements to accommodate everyone. Enjoy entertainment in the living room with a 50-inch HD plasma TV and surround sound, a 32-inch LCD TV in the main bedroom, and additional TVs in every bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the dishwasher will take care of the cleanup once mealtime is over. Make the master bedroom your oasis while you wake with the sunrise streaming in through the beautiful beach view. If you prefer to sleep in then the curtains can make sure you sleep soundly through the quiet mornings. Your stay includes access to the condo's amenities at no additional resort fee, featuring three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. City/town permit number: 2024-STRR-01210 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The condo was filthy, I’m not sure the last time it was cleaned, layers of dirt on surfaces, toilets not cleaned, the balcony hadn’t been swept off in so long there were spider webs on all outdoor furniture and bugs stuck to walls/ceiling. Broken curtains, cobwebs and dirt on wall corners and ceilings, the couch squeaks when you sit down, windows so dirty I couldn’t see the ocean view, fingerprints all over mirrors and glass doors. There was sand in the kitchen sink, toilet seat too small for toilet, bathtub bottoms stained, holes in shower curtain. The pool was warm and cloudy with huge puddles of pink mold in the courtyard. None of the stairwells or elevator areas were secure as stated. I called and emailed the property manager repeatedly, no one returned my calls. I cut my trip short, I was so disgusted. On my final call to management, after I returned home they informed me that I would receive no refund nor did I receive an apology. Horrible customer service! This place is not as advertised - RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
