Memory maker is an adorable and very comfortable home. It’s larger than it appears in the photos. We had so much fun playing ping pong and baking in the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard is small but fenced and easy to access which was great since we had our dog with us. The property is a short walk to a Harris teeter, CVS, and a great farmers market on Saturday mornings. Highly recommend Taste for sandwiches about a mile away. Loved the neighborhood and being only a few blocks from the beach. My husband grew up in VA beach and over the years we have seen it transform with lots of cute neighborhoods/homes and a beautiful, wide boardwalk that has a separate bike path. Communication with the owners was great - we had a small issue on arrival and they replied and resolved it immediately. We would 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach home as we came into town for a reunion. The house was clean however there were no garbage cans anywhere in the top floor (master bedroom and bathroom). There was also no toiletries, which we ran up to the Harris teeter to buy but if we had known beforehand we would have brought from home. The dryer took a few cycles to work but we didn’t have too much laundry for the weekend. There were plenty of beds and chairs! I would recommend!

Weekend Beach Tournament

We loved the accommodations and it had everything and more that we needed for the weekend. Our group felt very comfortable and it was a close walking distance to the boardwalk!

Our family is excited to share with you a hidden secret at the oceanfront Virginia Beach. We currently live in the community of Old Beach and absolutely love the vibe and location. We decided to share one of our homes this year as a beach rental and we hope you love it too!

Why they chose this property

We love the location of the "Memory Maker' and we absolutely love the community. Our sons are now in college and the home is too big for just Tom and I. We decided to rent this awesome place for families to make lasting memories like we did when we lived there. We now live in a smaller home in OLD BEACH.

What makes this property unique

We love this home because it is within walking and bicycling distance to what we think is everything. The home itself is very open and spacious and has a beach vibe. The front porch is so welcoming in the morning with a cup of coffee to start the day and the converted garage into a game room is a great place for children and adults to play ping pong and games. Sit by the fire in the evening and have a glass of wine around the fire pit with beach chairs.
