About this property

A quiet, modern vacation apartment in a peaceful setting at the foot of the Alps

Welcome to the Schlierachwelle holiday rental, renovated and refurnished in 2022.
We’ve combined Alpine cosiness with modern elements in the decor. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, coffee maker (pod and filter), blender, toaster, and much more. The living area features a large dining table as well as a spacious sofa with a flat-screen TV and a wide selection of TV shows and films to choose from.
Upon request, we’re happy to provide a high chair and a travel cot. Children are not only welcome but expressly encouraged, and they’re welcome to play with our toy box.
In the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and towel warmer, our guests even have their own washing machine at their disposal.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a new box-spring bed and has additional space for a travel cot.
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and one single bed, sleeping a total of 3 people.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating, and the temperature in each room can be adjusted individually.

The sunny south-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying breakfast outdoors.

In the garden, a private little area with a wooden deck and seating awaits you.

The apartment includes a parking space as well as storage for bicycles.

The apartment is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Agatharied, right on the bike path with a view of the countryside.
Miesbach and Hausham, with numerous shopping options, are about a 20-minute walk away. The nearest train station is a 10-minute walk away.
Other beautiful destinations for day trips are located in the immediate vicinity.

Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub geeignet….

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung - Berge zum Skifahren, Wandern und Schlittenfahren, aber auch zu den nahe gelegenen Seen wie Schliersee, Tegernsee und Chiemsee. In der Fewo ist alles vorhanden, was einen Urlaub zum Urlaub macht.

Schöne Wohnung für die Familie

Herrlich in einer Seitenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr gelegene Wohnung. Sehr schöne Wohnung, Supermarkt und Bäcker etwa 1km entfernt und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Umgebung traumhaft mit Schliersee und Tegernsee.

Wunderbar zum Ausspannen und genießen!

Alles war zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit! Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super ruhig und mitten im Grünen gelegen. Direkt angrenzend ist ein Fahrradweg, der kurze Wege nach Hausham bzw. Miesbach bietet. Generell bieten sich die Lage der Ferienwohnung ideal für Tagesausflüge in die Berge, Tegernsee, Schliersee, Achensee…an. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig bestückt und bei einem guten Gläschen Wein lässt sich am Abend der Balkon wunderbar genießen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
