Grandioser Blick aufs Meer, gute Wohnung, deutliche EinschrÀnkungen

Die Wohnung liegt in einem großen Baukomplex, der eine archtektonische Katastrophe ist, eine BausĂŒnde der 70er Jahre. Ästhetisch ist das schwer aushaltbar. Wenn man dann aber in die Wohnung tritt, hellt sich die Miene auf: Eine sehr ordentliche, saubere Wohnung mit einem geradezu paradiesischen Blick direkt auf die Ostsee. Nur eine Wiese liegt zwischen Haus und Strand, keine Straße. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon. Man vergisst zum GlĂŒck die HĂ€sslichkeit des GebĂ€udekomplexes und genießt den Blick aufs Meer und die Ruhe. Von daher ist die Wohnung weiterzuempfehlen, obgleich es doch eine gravierende EinschrĂ€nkung gibt: Eine der beiden Fensterscheiben des Panoramafensters ist fast blind, weil sich zwischen den Glasscheiben Wasser gebildet hat. In einer Wohnung, die zurecht mit ihrem fantastischen Ausblick wirbt, geht das gar nicht, auch dann nicht, wenn die zweite Scheibe klar ist.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut und hat einen schönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Lage ist auch OK. Leider ist Sierksdorf da kein Dorf. Außer der Anlage gibt es da nur noch den Strand. Auf der einen Seite sehr ruhig, dafĂŒr aber auch etwas einsam. Wer das sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.
