Schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen, alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es durch die zahlreichen Spielesammlungen, den Kicker und die Tischtennisplatte beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Durch den Fahrstuhl und die breiten Türen sind die Wohnungen gut zugänglich und behindertengerecht ausgestattet.
