The ground-floor apartment (with a basement level) spans two floors and, with a total of 139 m², accommodates up to 8 people (8 people and 4 infants).<br><br>You enter the apartment through the entrance in the new building on the west side. On the ground floor, you’ll find an additional shower room, a modern, open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and coffee maker, as well as the adjoining living and dining area. Here, Scandinavian style has been harmoniously combined with modern design. Of course, a flat-screen TV and internet access are provided. You can also watch TV in the guest room.<br><br>A staircase leads down to the basement, where you’ll find two bedrooms, a playroom, and a modern shower room. The first two bedrooms feature a double bed (180×200), while the other two bedrooms have a pull-out couch (140×200). Here, you can relax and unwind after a long day on the island.<br><br>The house’s western location provides barrier-free access to the beach (Section 25), just 350 m away, and to thrilling adventures at the Föhr go-kart track “Föhrring.” A walk in the woods is also just a short stroll from here.
