This was absolutely one of the Best we've stayed. Communication was outstanding. The place was impeccable; extremely clean, had everything we needed and very quiet at night. We were there for an event downtown and we were only 3 min drive from it, the convention center and The Landing. Couldn't have asked for anything better and we are already preparing for future trips!!

This was a great room.Unfortunately, the temperature in the room was 91. It was on a holiday weekend when we moved forward the air conditioner out so they said we could have our money back and go find another place to stay. Then they gave us a room downstairs in E2 that had a shattered glass window on the sliding door mouse turds in the silverware drawer smell like cigarette smoke and had a bunk bed instead of a king size bed it was horrible, but the original place in the picture was a lovely place, except for the excessive heat. These people that run this thing are awful. There is no Office Office so there is no personal person to talk to you. Talk to a foreigner, that’s probably in a foreign place. We will never book through them again.
