Great house with a great view.

Very quiet, the view was awesome, a little strange getting to the dock having to walk right through someone's property. Close to everything but far enough to be secluded.

Great gathering

The screened deck above colorful flower garden and overlooking tidal river made our group reunion so collaborative, fresh air for fresh thinking. Easy stroll to dock to fish or birdwatch or soak hot feet in the water.

Great view

The home is cute and fit 7 of us fine. The view from the porch is great. Booth Bay is a super cute town. There were a few things that needed attention and I’ve notified the company. The kitchen is well stocked for any meal. Home is about 6 minutes from town and 3 minutes from a grocery store. We all had a great trip!

Just right for us

Four nights for four adults and an infant. Property worked well for us. Owner-delivered fans and the single A/C unit handled the unseasonable heat. Large screened-in porch facing the water was a highlight.

Perfect Getaway

The home is on a quiet dead end street, on a hill overlooking the river. A beautiful spot to relax. Easy walking distance to Lobsterman’s Wharf for snacks & cocktails. Steep climb to front door may be difficult for older visitors. Home is clean & filled with everything you need & lots of space on open air deck or screened in porch to enjoy the peace & quiet.

This property location is in a great spot! The view of the water from the porch is fantastic. The house set up is comfortable and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. While the property looked clean - the cleaners left their vaping cigarette out in one of the rooms and the floors were not as clean as they initially looked. We had some unique issues arise when we were there including a bat trapped in the woodstove (thankfully it couldn’t get out but it retuned each night!) and the fire alarms randomly going off in one of the bedrooms in the middle of the night on our last night there. Despite these things, we had a great time. The house was close to downtown Boothbay and a number of great restaurants. It’s also a quick drive to ocean point and other local attractions! Overall good experience despite our strange encounters!!
