It was a perfect place to stay by the beach. We went there for a special occasion, she spread my husband’s ashes at his favorite beach Cannon Beach so we were very close. I had never been to Seaside before so really enjoyed where we were. Thank you so much.

The only bad part was the directions I had didn’t lead to the condo but when we put in promenade condos we found it. Everything else was excellent! On the beach, great area to walk, close to down town

Nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Appreciated the extra supplies for the beach like chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.Wish there were more bath towels though.

The location was excellent, and the property fit our family’s needs perfectly. My father-in-law had recently undergone knee surgery, so single-level access throughout the unit, a walk-in shower, and space to maneuver a walker in the bathroom were especially important. We could also easily reach the promenade with his electric wheelchair. The assigned parking space was another welcome convenience—we never had to compete for a spot close to the unit.One of our favorite features was the fenced yard with a lawn just outside the back door. It was a lovely place to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air while watching people and their dogs go by. The well-equipped kitchen and selection of games, puzzles, and books made it easy to settle in and relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the unit was clean, smoke free and very well appointed with everything you need for a lovely time at the beach, we really loved it. There was plenty of room for our girl's trip celebration for six of us ranging in age from 6 to 70, including space to decorate for a birthday! The proximity to the beach and the ground level corner unit were perfect for us! The beds were really comfortable, and the shower pressure was great! The host was super responsive, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property and this host :-)

Was clean and walking distance to the ocean and downtown.. The only bad things garbage man came about 12:00am made alot of noise. And then early morning lawn guys showed up all next door unit...
