Overall really nice place! We unfortunately traveled to Huntsville right when Pineview was almost empty so didn’t get to enjoy the lakeside benefits (no fault of the renters). The pool was a highlight (big pool, hot tub that’s at bathtub temp which is perfect for littles, and a little kid pool that is shallow throughout). The view is beautiful from the deck even with the lake almost gone. We arrived pretty late at night and the check in key pad was dead. We called the number and were able to get help but it was a hassle with young crying kids and a dog that wanted out after a drive. The place itself shows signs of wear for sure, lots of little things are broken (loose screws, broken blinds, etc) but nothing affected function of the place besides the keypad. The hot tub buttons don’t work but it’s at a nice temp and was fun to get in at night and look at the view. Location is absolutely ideal, quick jaunt to snowbasin, my husband did bike rides from the place every morning we were there. Loved that we could bring our dog, he had a blast and would’ve loved the lakeside location if not for the lake drainage. Kitchen had plenty of cookware for our purposes. Host was very responsive and quick to return messages even late at night. A downside would be that I felt that the place had quite a lengthy chore list which is a bummer when paying cleaning fee and separate pet fee. The vacuum provided didn’t have any functional suction. Would stay again, ideally when lake is full!

A really great property for rest and relaxation. I could stare at the views all day long then transition to star gazing in the hot tub at sundown. And it's close to some very nice hikes around the Snowbasin area. Bring your groceries because you won't want to leave the property often.

Took my three adult children skiing. Property worked out fine for us. Livingroom is a little small; but, overall everything was satisfactory.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Everything about this place is wonderful! Sitting in the jacuzzi on the deck looking at the mountains was a magical experience. And JoNell responded immediately to a concern we had about needing space heater. She even drove over in the evening to make sure we were comfortable. Such a great experience!
