Our bright and cosy flat with stunning views of the ocean offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful region. The modern flat is located on the 18th floor of the 20-storey Torre Verde building and has a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies. It can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. Amenities include a spacious seasonal swimming pool, a tennis court and a free parking space in the underground car park. The flat is equipped with new air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Automatic shutters provide darkening and sun protection. From the two balconies facing east and south-east, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, the city of Portimão and the Monchique mountains. The quiet location of the flat allows you to reach the fantastic beach just 250 metres away. The promenade, numerous restaurants and shopping facilities are also just a few minutes away. With 300 days of sunshine a year, beautiful beaches, clean sea water and a picturesque hinterland, the Algarve in south-west Portugal is worth a visit at any time of year. Our flat offers the perfect accommodation for a beach holiday in the bathing season or a voyage of discovery through the Algarve.
Important information for guests with small children: Although a baby cot is not a standard feature of the holiday accommodation, it can be provided on request.

Week-long stay. Flat was very comfortable and well-equipped. Extremely clean. Good location short walk from shops, restaurants and Praie da Rocha. Would definitely stay here again.

The view us unbelievable. Perfect for a family of four. Super convenient : plaisant decor, beds are comfortables, shower and a/c work perfectly. I would definitely go back when in the Algarve. Host is welcoming and makes you feel at home even miles away from it.

Biggest draw is the views from both balconies. Super clean appartment, roomy and very well equipped. Bed is comfortable and the electronic screen makes the room dark for a great sleep-in. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Prompt responses from host. Would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay there again.

We don’t need to say how beautiful Algarve is but staying at this location made it 100 times better. Beautiful condo that’s very modern and welcoming as you step into the door. Everything is as described and the bonus I didnt know of was the in room safe which gave me a little extra peace of mind. Host was super nice and quick to respond. My family can’t wait to head back and definitely will stay here again, the location can’t be any better.

Beautiful ocean view condo! Being a corner unit, it had the main balcony & 1 off the bedroom. Across the street from the strip, restaurants & shops. Well equipped with everything to cook your own meals. Friedrich was quick to respond to any questions. Would live to stay at this property again!

Nous avons adoré l’endroit, la vue au 18e étage est incroyable, c’est grand, deux balcons et super bien équipé. La plage est à distance de marche et il y en a quelques unes.. dont praia Rocha et très Irmãos.. seul pépin quelqu’un a pris notre stationnement 3 jours d’affilé .. le propriétaire a fait le max pour régler la situation. J’y retournerais certainement.
