When we arrived, we still had not received the information to get into the place. That took over an hour. When we got in there, it had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. All of the beds had been slept in and their were dirty dishes and trash in the sink. The owner did sent his custodial lady out to clean it that night. She was very nice, and did the best she could with us there. The owner did waive our cleaning fee of 23 dollars. He did try to make it right.

House had lots of space, in a safe neighborhood, near highway for quick drive to any shopping/restaurants we wanted.

Very poor experience. The downstairs toilet didn’t work the entire stay and was never fixed despite being told it would be addressed. Both bathroom outlets didn’t work, and there were multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the home.We found moldy coffee left in the coffee maker, several lamps didn’t work or were missing bulbs, and there was no place to hang towels due to towel holders not attached to the wall. A downstairs bedroom door wouldn’t open properly due to the carpet, making nighttime access to the bathroom difficult. Towels were left in the dryer with no place to store them upon folding them. The shelves in the bathroom closet were not installed. Remodel trash was out back. No way to park in the garage due to remodel items being in the way. They did a great job with the remodel but neglected to do a follow through after the work was complete to make sure it was ready for guests. Communication was unacceptable—we sent multiple messages and received no response. While a portable AC unit was provided to help with the heat upstairs, it did not make up for the number of unresolved issues and it leaked. I’ve stayed in several VRBO’s with no issues until this one. Would not stay here again.

This will definitely be my go-to rental (if available) when I visit! The townhome was clean, modern, loaded with amenities, and the neighborhood was quiet! THE BEST VRBO/rental home I’ve ever rented!
