Almost perfect. Great location, great space for 4 travelers (we had a 5th traveler cancel but there would have been enough space for one more). Newer outdoor grill, plenty of kitchen utensils. Two full baths (one on each floor). Central A/C. Quiet location. Bedrooms were in great shape. Off-road parking. We stayed there for the FIFA World Cup game between Ecuador and Curacao. The location was very close to Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium. We had no issues getting in and out to see a MLB Royals baseball game. However, for the soccer game, Arrowhead’s traffic was organized in the opposite direction so we had to execute a u-turn or drive out of our way to get into the traffic flow to enter the parking lot. As a result, the relatively close location was not of great benefit. Not sure how traffic is organized for NFL games. Maybe the owner could respond to this and clarify. That was the only real issue and that was minor, relatively speaking. Other than traffic flow, which is not in the owner’s control, this was a great place in a solid location.
